Requirement owner
The person or role responsible for monitoring and evaluating that specific requirement, not a generic "quality" nobody ever actually owns.
Validity and review frequency
The date from which the requirement applies and how often its compliance must be reviewed.
Supporting evidence
A document, record or certificate proving the requirement is met at the time of review.
What an auditor usually asks for
- Owner assigned to each legal requirement
- Review frequency defined per requirement
- Compliance evidence attached and up to date
- History of previous reviews kept
How to cover the register and validity in Kimobox
- 1Assign an owner to each registered legal requirement.
- 2Set the review frequency and get notified when it's due.
- 3Attach compliance evidence directly to the requirement's record.
When a requirement is due for review, the platform tells you; nobody has to remember.
