Two-way sync
You decide which system owns each field.
Integration
Kimobox brings what your ERP is missing — processes, portals, quality — and syncs with it the data that's already its own.
Kimobox does not compete with the ERP: it sits where the ERP does not reach. The management system stays the owner of the master data for items, customers, suppliers and employees; Kimobox contributes the processes, the portals and the quality system, and synchronises with it the data that is already its own. The connection is made over a REST API, an intermediate database or file exchange, depending on what the ERP allows and what the IT department prefers to maintain.
You decide which system owns each field.
REST, files or an intermediate table if the ERP is closed.
Searchable log, automatic retries and alerts if something fails.
No changes to its standard or its internal processes.
We migrate your starting data from Excel, an API or any other system before go-live.
Beyond your ERP, we connect to any system: another API, SQL Server, Excel, Power BI and more.
Common cases
Who we already integrate with
A leading ERP in mid-size and large industry; we sync master data and documents via API or BAPI.
Business Central and Finance & Operations, connected via REST API.
The Sage ERPs most commonly used by Spanish industrial SMEs.
The modular open-source ERP, increasingly common among SMEs.
Management and payroll software widely used by Spanish accounting firms and SMEs.
If your ERP is a custom build with an accessible API or database, it connects too.
Real examples
Manufacturer on SAP
Before The operator notes the issue on paper and quality enters it later into its own sheet. The ERP never learns about the rejection.
After The nonconformity is raised from the shop-floor terminal, pulls the production order from the ERP and returns the rejected quantity to the same system.
Distribution on Sage 200
Before Customers are created separately in both systems. Over time, names and tax details stop matching.
After The ERP owns the master. Kimobox consumes it and will not allow creating a customer that does not exist there.
Services on an in-house system
Before The system is fifteen years old and exposes no services. Any integration looks impossible.
After An intermediate database with read views and inbound tables. The ERP is left untouched and the exchange is documented and monitored.

Frequently asked questions
SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage 200, Sage X3, Odoo, A3 and in-house systems. If it has an accessible API or database, it can be connected — the same goes for SQL Server, Excel or Power BI.
Yes, via API or an intermediate database, syncing customers, suppliers, items, orders and invoices in both directions.
It's quoted per interface, based on the number of entities and the complexity of the mapping.
Kimobox keeps operating and queues the pending syncs.
That is decided per entity before starting: normally the ERP owns customers, items and suppliers, and Kimobox owns processes and quality records. Writing it down avoids ninety per cent of integration problems.
It is convenient, not essential. With a legacy ERP you work with an intermediate database or file exchange. Less elegant, equally reliable when properly monitored.
It depends on the data. An item master can sync overnight; a production order, immediately. It is configured per entity and per criticality, allowing for the load the ERP can take.
It is logged with the error detail and can be retried. Operations are designed to be repeatable without duplicating records, which is the condition for a retry to be safe.
Yes, through periodic reconciliation. Every integration eventually drifts in some edge case; what marks out a good one is that it notices before the user does.
