Data controller

The personal data collected through this website is processed by the entity set out below, which decides what it is used for and how long it is kept.

You can write to postventa@gestionexterna.net about anything concerning your data, including exercising your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability. If you believe we have not handled your request as we should, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

Information we collect

Our website may collect personal information such as your name, contact details including your email address, and demographic information. Where necessary, specific information may also be required in order to process an order or to arrange delivery or invoicing.

How we use the information collected

Our website uses the information in order to provide the best possible service, in particular to keep a record of users and of orders where applicable, and to improve our products and services. We may send emails from time to time through our site with special offers, new products and other promotional information we consider relevant to you or that may be of benefit to you. These emails will be sent to the address you provide and can be cancelled at any time.

Gestión Externa de Sistemas, S.L. is firmly committed to keeping your information secure. We use the most advanced systems and update them constantly to ensure there is no unauthorised access.

Cookies

A cookie is a file sent in order to request permission to be stored on your computer. Once you accept the file it is created, and the cookie then serves to hold information about web traffic and also makes future visits to a site you return to easier. Cookies also allow websites to recognise you individually and therefore offer you the best personalised service.

Our website uses cookies to identify which pages are visited and how often. This information is used solely for statistical analysis, after which it is permanently deleted. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time. Cookies help provide a better website service; they do not give access to information about your computer or about you, unless you choose to provide it directly. You can accept or refuse the use of cookies, although most browsers accept cookies automatically because it makes for a better web service. You can also change your computer settings to decline cookies. If you decline them, you may not be able to use some of our services.

In addition to cookies, the site stores two technical items in your browser's local storage: your decision about the cookie notice, and the Academy chapters you have marked as read. Neither is sent to our servers nor allows you to be identified, so they are not processed by us: they stay on your device and you can delete them whenever you like. The detail is in the cookie policy.

Contact form and anti-fraud measures

When you write to us through the contact form we process the data you provide — name, company, sector, email address, telephone number and the content of your message — for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry and getting back to you. Alongside it we record the IP address the message was sent from and the date it was sent, as a security measure so we can identify and stop automated submissions.

The form is protected with reCAPTCHA, a Google service that checks whether the sender is a person. When you submit it, Google receives your IP address and data about your interaction with the page, and that processing is governed by its privacy policy and its terms of service. The detail is in the cookie policy.

Messages that the filters identify as automated are discarded without being sent. Submissions are kept in our systems for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and to show that we have handled it.

Third-party links

This website may contain links to other sites that may be of interest to you. Once you click those links and leave our page, we no longer have control over the site you are taken to and we are therefore not responsible for its terms, its privacy practices or the protection of your data on those third-party sites. Those sites are subject to their own privacy policies, so we recommend you consult them to confirm that you agree with them.

Control of your personal information

You may restrict the collection or use of the personal information provided to our website at any time. Each time you are asked to fill in a form, such as the user registration form, you can tick or untick the option to receive information by email. If you have ticked the option to receive our newsletter or advertising, you can cancel it at any time.

This company will not sell, transfer or distribute the personal information it collects without your consent, except where required by a judge under a court order.

Gestión Externa de Sistemas, S.L. reserves the right to change the terms of this privacy policy at any time.
