Low-code management software
Your whole company in a single box
Kimobox digitizes the processes that today live in spreadsheets, emails and paper. Portals for employees, clients and suppliers, plus quality and ISO standards management, in a single platform that adapts to how you work — no coding required.
Five portals, one platform
Everyone signs in through their own door and sees only what's theirs
An employee clocks in and files expenses. A supplier uploads their paperwork and only gets site access when it's in order. ISO standards and regulatory compliance watch over what every standard and every law requires. The data is the same; what changes is the view and the permissions.

Frequently asked questions
What people ask us before getting started
What exactly is Kimobox?
A low-code platform where a company models its processes, publishes self-service portals for employees, customers and suppliers, and keeps its quality management system alive. What sets it apart from buying three tools is that everything shares users, permissions and traceability.
What size of company is it for?
Mainly for companies of twenty to five hundred people in manufacturing, food and services, with demanding processes and certifications to maintain but no large IT department. It also works for groups with several legal entities thanks to the multi-company model.
Does it replace our ERP?
No, and that would not be the right move. The ERP keeps governing the transaction — order, invoice, stock, ledger entry — and Kimobox contributes what the ERP lacks: processes, portals and quality. The two systems synchronise and each owns the data that is properly its own.
Do you need an IT specialist to run it?
Not day to day. Forms, flows and reports are configured by the process owner. IT gets involved in ERP integrations and little else.
Where is the data hosted?
In our own data centres inside the European Union, with daily backups tested by restore and encryption in transit and at rest. That avoids the transfer assessment Chapter V of the GDPR requires when the provider sits outside the European Economic Area.
Can we start with a single module?
That is the most common route and the one that works best. Many companies begin with time tracking or with nonconformities, confirm it works on real data, and expand from there.
How long does it take to get something live?
A standard module such as time tracking or the employee portal goes into production in a few weeks. A bespoke process takes two or three. Projects that stretch to months are almost always the ones trying to digitise everything at once.
Which quality standards does it cover?
ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 13485, 17025, 15189, 20000, 22716, 26000, 37301 and 14064, plus IATF 16949, IFS Food, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP+, SQAS, SGE 21, UNE 19602, UNE 73401, the Spanish ENS and the GDPR. All on one integrated system.
Can several standards be run without duplicating the work?
Yes. The common Annex SL structure allows sharing the process map, document control, internal audits, nonconformities and indicators between standards, leaving only the standard-specific parts separate.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, for iOS and Android, published on the App Store and Google Play. It covers clocking in, expenses, signing, document lookup and approvals, with the same user and permissions as the browser.
Is the data ours if we ever leave?
Yes. It can be extracted through the API or by bulk export in open formats, and the contract sets out what happens to it when the relationship ends. You do not have to ask permission to get it back.
How is it contracted and what does it cost?
By subscription, based on the active modules and the number of users. The usual starting point is a half-hour demonstration on a case similar to yours, which produces a proposal with a concrete scope and price.
