SGE 21 workplace climate assessment template

The periodic measurement of how staff perceive their work, and what the company decides to change as a result.

In one sentence

The workplace climate assessment records the method, participation, results by area and the resulting action plan, because SGE 21 requires the climate to be assessed at least every two years, the results to be analysed and the plans needed to improve it to be put in place (6.2.6).

What the standard requires

What SGE 21 demands and what it leaves to your judgement

The standard calls for an assessment at least every two years, analysis of the results and the mechanisms and action plans needed for continual improvement. It imposes no method: survey, focus groups or interviews.

What the auditor looks for is the full chain: that it was measured, that it was analysed and that something changed. A survey with no action plan does not meet the section.

Structure

Fields the template should include

  • Population and participation
