Every clause of FSSC 22000, explained
FSSC 22000 is built on ISO 22000, which follows the same high-level structure (Annex SL) shared with ISO 9001, and adds the sector PRPs from ISO/TS 22002 plus the scheme's own additional requirements.
This path explains each clause with PRPs, traceability, and the food fraud and food defense requirements that set FSSC apart from a plain ISO 22000.
